The XLNC Autumn Conference will take place this year in the beautiful city of Oslo in Norway. It's still the autumn, and not yet the winter, so you can expect to have about 9 hours of sunshine each day and temperatures should lie between 4 and 10 degrees celcius (40 and 50 degrees fahrenheit).
Our conference will take place in the Grand Hotel Oslo (best known as the annual dinner venue for the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize), right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to several museums, the Royal Castles, and the famous Opera House. Our optional excursions will help you to get to know not just the city, but really cool areas around the city such as Fram - The Polar Exploration Museum, Vigeland Sculpture Park (with more than 200 sculptures by Gustav Vigeland in bronze, granite and cast iron), etc.
Our keynote speakers Fredrik Aukland & Håvard R. F. Johansen hail from Wang Top Athletics. They normally offer a combination of standard high school education for pupils aged 16 to 19 and 12 weekly hours of specialist training to the pupils, many of whom have made their mark internationally in elite sports. Names such as Viktor Hovland, Casper Ruud, Ada Stolsmo Hegerberg, Magnus Abelvik Rød, Nora Mørk, Stine Bredal Oftedal, Sturla Holm Lægreid, Halvor Engen Granerud and Jarl Magnus Riiber. It's interesting to see how they have achieved such great success, and no doubt we will be able to learn much from them.

Every year, XLNC member firm Trustconsult holds their Annual Conference in Monaco and they invite all fellow members to join them. It seemed too good an opportunity to miss in 2025, so we decided to collaborate with them for the XLNC Spring Conference in order to leverage related synergies. The TrustConsult Annual Conference on 20-21 March 2025 will bring together a few hundred of the firm's contacts, which would certainly enrich the networking experience of attending XLNC members.
