Learn how the XLNC Grow & Xcel Programme can benefit you as a member
In 2023, we launched the XLNC Grow & Xcel Programme, a platform through which each XLNC member firm can play a central role in the development and expansion of our global alliance.
Member firms worldwide represent our strongest asset, bringing together decades of local and international expertise in their specific professions. We know that so many of our members enjoy working with one another across borders, and we also realise that our firms’ connections extend much further than the XLNC reach.
We would like to invite our member firms worldwide to become more involved in our global expansion, while at the same time helping us to achieve our long-term sustainability strategy by participating in the XLNC Grow & Xcel Programme.
The programme is based on two pillars:
PILLAR 1: Supporting our expansion by recommending potentially suitable member firms
By this, we don't mean simply sending us a list of names or firms. We need members to do a little homework to ensure that XLNC doesn’t already have a member firm in the area, and then make the necessary introductions. Please contact us to receive the programme guidelines.
Benefits for members:
Access to a better and wider network.
The possibility to join a XLNC event for free*. (* Terms and conditions apply.)
PILLAR 2: Nurturing a social rewards system for the benefit of both XLNC members and those in need.
For each new member firm that joins XLNC as a result of a Grow & Xcel Programme recommendation, XLNC commits to donating 5% of each new member’s annual membership fee to a reputable non-profit organisation.
Each year XLNC will donate the annual pool of funds to one non-profit organisation selected by the XLNC steering committee.
We sincerely thank all XLNC members, who recommended excellent firms, and for helping XLNC to grow.
We believe that with our members’ active participation in the XLNC Grow & Xcel Programme we will also be able to create a substantial and continuously growing pool of charitable donations, of which we can all be tremendously proud.
